As previously announced, recent guidance from the SEC has outlined the necessity to include a link to Form CRS (Customer Relationship Summary) on all websites which advertise services of the Broker/Dealer (B/D) or Registered Investment Adviser (RIA).Form CRS regulation has stated that a link to the Form CRS must be displayed on the firm’s websites. This was previously interpreted as the website(s) of the B/D or RIA, however the SEC has clarified that this applies to all websites which are advertising services of the B/D or RIA. As such, all financial professionals who operate websites will need to update to include a link to Cambridge’s Form CRS document(s). Below is a pre-approved link that you can add to your website footer to meet this requirement. Please note that if you are registered with any firms other than Cambridge, you should update accordingly. If using the link below exactly as written you do not need to submit for Advertising Compliance approval. If any changes are made, you will need to submit for Advertising Compliance approval.
